Overview
Renojobs is a new concept: the first integrated employment agency to meet the needs of the legal profession, in Germany, the U.S.A. and Britain. The scale and complexity of legal transactions today, with the emphasis on multinationals and global franchises, means that some of the world’s leading law firms have converged on Frankfurt, many having already merged with major German practices. This trend also means a new approach to the recruitment of legal staff. An end to that time-consuming haphazard, costly fishing around, in the hope that some agency or other out there will eventually come up with somebody for the job. Renojobs was born out of the idea that a unique and prestigious international law firm must have the best people in town, if it is to provide the best service for its clients. Renojobs is the first agency in Germany working exclusively for lawyers and the legal profession.
